Junior Achievement Bulgaria (JA Bulgaria) is part of the global JA Worldwide network – one of the largest and most established educational organizations in the world, nominated four times for the Nobel Peace Prize. For 28 years in Bulgaria, JA has been actively working with students, teachers, educational institutions, and businesses to provide young people with real knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed in life.

💸 Financial Literacy
Money is not taboo – it is a tool. We teach young people how to manage it wisely: how to set financial goals, plan, save, and invest. From primary to higher education, our programs help students connect financial decisions with their life goals.

💡 Entrepreneurship
JA introduces students to the real business world through practical programs such as the “Company Program”, where they create and manage their own business while still in high school. We teach them to think creatively, take responsibility, and act with an entrepreneurial mindset in all areas of life.

💼 Work Readiness
Success does not come with a diploma, but with skills. JA prepares young people for the real work environment through mentoring programs, internships, trainings, and events such as “Manager for a Day”, which bridge the gap between school and the professional world.
