The Center for Restorative Justice in the Ludogorie region has been protecting people from domestic violence for over 20 years. We support vulnerable individuals in reclaiming their safety and dignity. At our counseling center, you will find discretion, respect, and professional care. Whether you're looking for advice over the phone or a full recovery program, we are here to listen and support you—at any time.

Activities and Services
The Counseling Center offers:
•        Social, psychological, and legal counseling;
•        Specialized recovery and protection programs for victims and witnesses – adults and children;
•        A specialized program for overcoming aggression and managing anger for perpetrators of domestic violence;
•        24/7 support hotline;
•        Mobile outreach services in small and remote communities.

Results and Impact (2005 – 2024)
•        Over 7,200 social, psychological, and legal consultations;
•        More than 750 court cases ,under the Domestic Violence Protection Act – in over 85% of cases, the court issued protection measures;
•        Over 1,500 victims and perpetrators supported through the hotline and mobile teams;
•        More than 50 mobile outreach sessions conducted in remote areas;
•        Programs based on an integrated approach, aligned with European and national standards.
