
Center for Child Development "Smiles" was established and is managed by the Foundation "Dokova and Dokov for the Future" to support children at risk, children with special educational needs and children with refugee or migrant background. The team of the Children's Centre covers the specific needs of children in their early childhood development for inclusion and inclusion in the Bulgarian education system, consisting of:
- child psychologist
- art psychologist
- speech and language therapist
- primary teacher and art teacher
- primary teacher of Bulgarian language
- music therapist
Various workshops are held:
- yoga for children
- educational activities, including the LEGO®Education methodology through STEAM education
- psychological activities
- developing emotional intelligence and resilience
- Bulgarian language in games
- art therapy
- music therapy
- puppet theater
- animation
- dance and various game activities to develop fine and gross motor skills
Dokova and Dokov Foundation for the Future is a member of the National Network for Children for more smiles and a better future for every child!
The centre is open to children aged 3 to 7 in two shifts - 9.30am to 12.30pm or 1.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
