Regional Library "Dora Gabe" is

• A spiritual space for the presentation of cultural and historical heritage, an environment for creativity and self-expression of the local community. It is the largest public library in Dobrich Region, an established local history archive for Dobrudzha, with a collection of over 366500 volumes of library documents. 
• Collects and stores, organizes and provides for use library and bibliographic information and free access to the Internet.
• Offers traditional and electronic services, integrating information technology, education and culture in a modern library service. In order to preserve its literary heritage and the increased need for quick and easy access to information, the library is actively working to digitize its local history documents. 
• It provides coordination, expert consultancy and qualification assistance to all public libraries in the region. 
• The library provides access to knowledge, information, and lifelong learning through a variety of resources and services and is open to all levels of society regardless of race, nationality, ethnicity, age, gender, religion, language, special needs, political beliefs, economic or employment status, or educational background.

The library is NOT open the last Thursday of each month due to maintenance of the collections.

The library is NOT open on holidays or public holidays.
